Table Booking Terms

Mzuri London – Table Booking Terms & Conditions

Effective Date: 17 May 2026

Welcome to Mzuri London. To help ensure the best possible experience for all guests, the following booking terms and conditions apply to all reservations.

General Bookings

  • Table bookings are subject to availability.
  • A booking is only considered confirmed once you receive a confirmation email, SMS, WhatsApp message, or direct confirmation from Mzuri London staff.
  • We reserve the right to decline or cancel bookings at our discretion where necessary for operational, licensing, or safety reasons.

Booking Duration

  • Standard dining and table reservations are allocated for approximately 2 hours unless otherwise agreed in advance.
  • During busy periods, tables may be required back promptly at the end of the booking slot.

Deposits & Prepayments

Certain bookings may require a deposit or advance payment to secure the reservation.

Typical deposits may include:

Standard bookingsfrom £10 per guest
VIP or large group bookingsfrom £25 per guest

Deposits are normally deducted from the final bill on the day of your visit.

Deposit requirements may vary depending on:

  • Group size
  • Event nights
  • Sports screenings
  • Bank holidays
  • Special promotions

Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellations made at least 24 hours before the booking time may qualify for a refund or booking transfer, subject to management approval.
  • Cancellations made within 24 hours of the booking time may result in loss of deposit.
  • No-shows may result in the full deposit being retained.
  • Repeated no-shows or late cancellations may affect future booking eligibility.

Late Arrivals

  • We allow a grace period of approximately 15 minutes after your booking time.
  • If you expect to arrive late, please contact us as soon as possible.
  • Failure to arrive within the grace period without contact may result in your table being released.

Group Bookings

Larger group bookings may be subject to:

  • Minimum spend requirements
  • Set menus
  • Pre-orders
  • Additional deposits

Mzuri London reserves the right to request card details or staged payments for large events or private functions.

Seating Requests

  • Specific seating areas, booths, VIP tables, or sports viewing positions cannot always be guaranteed.
  • We will always try our best to accommodate preferences where possible.

Children & Families

  • Children are welcome at Mzuri London.
  • Children under 16 must be accompanied by a responsible adult at all times.
  • Certain late-night events or entertainment evenings may operate age restrictions.

Dress Code & Behaviour

Guests are expected to behave respectfully towards staff and other customers.

Mzuri London reserves the right to refuse entry or service to anyone displaying:

  • Aggressive behaviour
  • Excessive intoxication
  • Abusive language
  • Illegal activity

Smart casual dress is encouraged during evening service and special events.

Allergies & Dietary Requirements

  • Please inform staff of any allergies or dietary requirements before ordering.
  • While we take reasonable precautions, food is prepared in kitchens handling allergens including nuts, dairy, gluten, seafood, and other allergens.
  • We cannot guarantee an entirely allergen-free environment.

Sports Events & Entertainment

  • Seating during major sports events, DJs, live entertainment, or special themed nights may be subject to special booking conditions or minimum spends.
  • Event schedules may occasionally change without prior notice.

Payments

  • We accept most major debit and credit cards, along with approved digital payment methods.
  • A discretionary service charge may be added for larger groups.
  • Deposits and advance payments processed online may be handled by approved third-party payment providers.

External Food & Drink

Guests may not bring external food or beverages onto the premises unless agreed in advance for celebrations or dietary reasons.

Photography & Social Media

  • Mzuri London may occasionally capture photographs or videos for promotional purposes during events.
  • If you do not wish to appear in promotional material, please inform a member of staff.

Liability

Mzuri London accepts no responsibility for loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings while on the premises except where required by law.

Changes to Terms

Mzuri London reserves the right to update or amend these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.
